the hotel interiors are majestic! i loved the spacious bath. the staff were friendly and helpful. valet service was prompt and made parking easy. the rooftop swimming pool was great too!

The lobby had a nice fragrant scent. I really liked it. the staff were generally helpful and polite. the bed was comfortable and i got good sleep, and the bathroom was also well-kept.

The room design felt a bit impractical to me. there were not enough power sockets, and i also noticed no sockets for universal plugs. controlling the water temperature in the shower proved quite difficult. breakfast did not meet my expectations. I found most items lacked flavor.

The breakfast buffet was quite poor. I only went one day out of my stay. room service also underwhelmed, and housekeeping didn't seem to notice things. i had to leave notes every day for them to do basic tasks . It was tedious.
